Q: Do you accept credit cards? A: Yes. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You can setup a payment plan or simply earn miles. One of our office staff will gladly work with you to collect your credit card information in a way that protects you and gives you peace of mind. Yes and are happy to provide your venue with a certificate. Absolutely. We always try to schedule a face to face meeting, phone call, or Skype with all potential clients. We want to make sure you and the DJ both feel as though you are both a good match. We want you to choose an entertainer who will be a good fit for you and your needs. We want you to be excited about choosing your DJ! You can simply add a custom request to your playlist and we guarantee to have it available for your event. Typically a black or dark suit, solid color shirt, and complimenting tie (think stripes/patterns – not the Texas flat). If your event is black tie, your DJ will wear a tuxedo. For theme parties or other private events, let our office staff know more about your event & theme so we can work together to make sure the DJ blends in with your crowd. All of the time. Our DJs travel all over the the Western Hemisphere and most would be happy to travel to the Eastern. We regularly travel to other parts of Texas and Oklahoma. A: Not unless the bride has specifically put them on the must play list. We do not keep the songs on our computers. It makes it easier to tell your crazy uncle “we don’t have it” and not be lying. Cheesy is just not our thing – plus it is really hard to get those songs out of your head. We know there are a lot of DJs who are dependent on line dances to get people on the dance floor, but we feel like your guests respond better to your music. So the question is do you want us to play a group dance or line dance that has choreography? If it didn’t make your request list, line dances won’t make our playlist. Our pricing is different from most DJs. It is a flat rate to have a fun night. When you hire a LeForce DJ, you know exactly how much you will spend on your DJ from day one to “the big day.” Whether it is large or small, every client deals with a budget. LeForce Entertainment chooses to be a fixed item on our client’s budgets. We know this is different from other DJ’s but we do not charge for overtime. We want you to have an amazing party that lasts longer than you thought. That means your guests are having a wonderful time and do not want it to end. We only use professional audio equipment like you would find at a concert or recording studio. Our systems are designed to provide a clean and clear sound that is easy to hear and listen to for an extended period of time. Louder is not always better. We bring backup equipment; however, more importantly we build redundancy into our systems. That is a fancy way of saying that if there is a technical problem the party usually continues without the guests ever being aware the DJ had to switch a cable. First, our DJs do not call in sick because they do not ‘feel well.’ We DJ regardless of how we feel. That being said, we live in an unpredictable world, so at LeForce we put plans in place for worst case scenarios. We always have a team member that is on call in the event of an emergency. Our operations manager always collects a copy of the planning documents from your DJ. We have a sophisticated phone system that can auto-dial our staff. We have not had to use the emergency plans yet, but we prepare to be sure your event is completely unaffected.
