Choosing the best entertainment for your once in a lifetime reception can be an overwhelming task so we thought it would be helpful to provide some insight to LeForce Entertainment stress free Wedding process.
We have summarized it with a seven step process and listed it below for you to see.
Step one: Contact LeForce via phone (214) 302-8564, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or by the Request page on this site. We will set up an event consultation.
Step two: The entertainment consultation usually lasts around an hour depending on the discussion points and conversation. The initial consultation is a great way for you to meet with the DJ/MC (who will be at your event). YES, You will meet the person who will personally be at your event, DAY 1. Additionally, the initial consultation is a great way to learn about our passion, our talent, our ability and how LeForce will design our services around your vision or event requirements. You will quickly learn there is no standard, there is no average, there is no cookie cutter. (For out of town couples, we can do a FaceTime or Skype consultations as well) We will not ask you to sign a contract on the spot, or require a deposit to hold the date. Each client will have up to 7 days to meet with other entertainment professionals.
Step three: Decision time. At the end of the seven day holding period, a decision will be required. To secure the service offerings from Dallas – Fort Worth wedding DJ experts, LeForce Entertainment, a signed contract and a 50% booking is required. Contracts will be mailed or emailed to each and every couple along with access to our online planning system.
Step four:Now we plan. During the planning phase, couples are encouraged to take advantage of the online planning tools available to all LeForce clients. We also invite and encourage all clients to follow our blog, Facebook page and Twitter, to stay in the know as to all the fun things we do for our wedding couples. This is also a great way to stay up to speed to our entertainment enhancements and latest trends. All clients will also receive the direct contact information for their entertainment host and are welcomed to reach out to them or our office if they need to discuss any particulars regarding their celebration or service.
Step five: Event Review Meeting. Approximately 15 to 45 days before the event, it is time for the final review. At the final review, the entertainment host and couple will go over all of the details regarding the celebration. Details, timelines, music selections, lighting design and multi-media production items will all be addressed and finalized at this time.
Step six: Finalization. Expect a call or email the week of the event to ensure all details have not been changed.
Step seven: Game day. By this point of the process, you should feel relieved and excited. All of the planning has been completed and the LeForce team will ensure each and every request or requirement is materialized at your celebration to perfection. Now it is time to enjoy the wedding celebration, and be a guest at your event, knowing LeForce has you covered for all entertainment items.
